Notes: From Paul B. - "One change-up they did is between "Disinfected" and "Ragdoll" they broke into the opening riff of Queensr˙che's "Empire." I really thought they were going to play the song all the way through, but they broke it off right before the vocals would have started. The crowd went nuts when they did it, so that was cool to see. Kelly started it and stopped. He and Scott looked at each other and started laughing and then Scott started pounding away and the group just started going at it. When they stopped, Scott stood up with this "I can't get away from QR" look on his face, but at the same time had a huge grin."
